Results: NPS score for Alice Concierge’s luxury hotel product jumps from -11 to +23

Results: Incremental Innovation for interaction with personal account based on users' guided fantasy led to renegotiation of royalties contract between involved companies

Deliveries: Decrease of informational levels and strategic planning for future natural growth of teh architecture.

Results: Testing the interaction on 2nd phase showed users could find topics in a more intuitive way, even when looking for an unfamiliar topic.

International Congress of Mathematicians

Creation of Aramat, the mascot for the international event and character branding campaign.

Deliveries: Basic poses for character registry, 2D poses for marketing campaign, and animation shorts, structure project for teddy version of Character and structure project of costume.

Results: Great impact from the 1st mascot created for the international congress, on participants, media, and kids visiting the many mathematics stations around the city

Free Library

The Free Library of Philadelphia needed a information signage system to help visitors find rooms and books. The visual identity should not connect with their logo due to future branding changes.

Deliveries: full signage system from macro information to micro information with design matrix suited for short and long topics.

Results: As planned, the signage identity visually, connected to the building, continued in use independently of the visual changes of the Library's logo.
